I came here for vehicle safety inspection. The staff were so kind to me and helped me understand the requirements; they discussed it with me at length over the phone and in person as well for my scheduled service. It turned out the website for the licensure office was glitching and I did not need the inspection for my renewal.

Staff even went through the website with me instead of having me pay for the service I didn’t need, had me call the licensing office with the employee and then said go to the office if you need the service it would be free. They spent a lot of time with me and at the end of it provided me no service or charged me a fee. I reached out to get a safety and emissions test for my aunt who has Dementia. She’s always brought her car here. I explained to the technicians when they answer the phone my Aunts situation and that I will be assisting her. My aunt gets very confused on dates and times and called up there and made an additional appointment. I called back to cancel the appointment my aunt made and asked them to make a note on her account that if she calls back up to just call me and go along with what she asks if she calls back. Everyone there was very understanding, very compassionate and handled my Aunt with so much care and respect. They took time out of their day to talk to me to talk to her to make extra phone calls. So it didn’t confuse her or disrupt her day. The lobby area is very clean neat and organized not like usual shops. They update you along the way with text messages and pictures. She passed the safety inspection. They gave me recommendations of things that needed to be done, but they didn’t need to be done to pass. I’m always leery of shops because they can very easily take advantage. You can tell here they do not.
They are very transparent, upfront and honest!
The employees there you can tell they care about their job and whoever the owners are you can tell they take care of their team. I realize all they did was make some extra phone calls, and be kind; some may not see that as a lot, but being a caregiver of someone with dementia is very challenging;  Sometimes it’s a small thing in life that means the most.
